SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

Goodfluence LLC, doing business as Goodfluence, sends text messages to people who opt in on goodfluence.life, such as when booking a call. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your call. If you also opted in to updates, you may receive occasional news and promotions about Goodfluence.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking an SMS consent box on our website and providing your mobile number. The boxes are never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or making any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more messages after that. You can also opt out by telling us in any other reasonable way, such as emailing info@goodfluence.life, and we will honor it promptly. To rejoin, opt in again on our website or reply START.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at goodfluence.life/privacy-policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to opt in. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to let you receive these messages. You must also be the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or let us know, so we don’t text the number’s next owner.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
